Simplicity 9344 Vintage Sewing Pattern - 1970's girls First Communion Dress.  The dress with back zipper and high round neckline has skirt gathered to bodice at waistline. V. 1 and 2 have short puff sleeves with elastic casings. V. 1, 2 and 3 with Peter Pan collar have set-in sleeves gathered at armhole and ribbon tie belt. V. 1 made of embroidered sheer border fabric has "overlay" of embroidered border trimming bodice front. V. 3 with picot edging trim has long sleeves with elastic casings forming self ruffles. Collarless and sleeveless V.4 has a daisy medallion trim.
