Simplicity 8783  Ladies' Pants in Two Lengths, Mini-Dress or Tunic with Sleeve Interest: The mini-dress V. 1 and the tunic V. 2 and 3 with back zipper have bias bound, low round neckline. V. 1 with short sleeves gathered at armholes has contrasting bias binding and ribbon bow trim. V. 2 with short flared sleeves is worn with a purchased sash. V. 3 features long "angel-type" sleeves. Above knee length pants V. 2 and ankle length pants V. 3 have elastic waistline casing.
