Simplicity 5993 Vintage Pattern Toddlers Dress Smock Bell Bottom Pants

Simplicity 5993 Vintage Sewing Pattern - 1970's Toddlers' dress and smock in two lengths & bell-bottom pants.  Dress and smock have back zipper and skirt gathered to bodice above normal waistline.  Long dress and short dress have high round neckline,  stand-up collar, long sleeves and lace edging trim.  Smocks have lined bodice, square neckline and cap sleeves.  Bellbottom pants have elastic waistline casing.
