Simplicity 5340 Pilow Covers Crafts Pattern -

Pattern and instructions to make pillow covers (square, round, rectangle) to be used over foam rubber pillow forms.  If preferred, the covers may be stuffed with shredded foam.  View 3 is stuffed with shredded foam or cotton batting or wadding.  Instructions are also given for cutting, sewing and smocking the outside pillow covers made of 35-36 inch gingham with 1 inch wide checks.
