Simplicity 5189 Vintage Sewing Pattern - 1970's Boys vest, pullover tank top and bell bottom pants vintage pattern.  Top is designed for knit fabrics only.  The lined vest with front button and chain closing has low round neckline and top-stitching trim.  The pullover tank top has low round neckline, top-stitching and optional purchased belt.  The top-stitched bell-bottom pants with shaped seam interest have fly front zipper closing, patch pocket, waistband and purchased belt slipped thru self-fabric carriers.
