Simplicity 4100 Vintage 1950's Sewing Pattern - Boys' shirt. A shoulder yoke and convertible collar style this shirt which has a front button closing.  View 1 features patch pockets, saddle stitch trim and long sleeves.  Long sleeved View 2 and short sleeved view 3 are trimmed with top stitching and button dress down flaps on pockets.
