Butterick 9297  Misses' Wide Midriff Dress Vintage Pattern :  Dress with full skirt comes with three completely different necklines. (A) Wide square neckline, short set-in sleeves. Small self-fabric bow is attached to midriff. (B) Sleeveless version has shoulder-covering fichu collar, shirred cummerbund. (C) Sleeveless bateau-neck version, suitable for border prints.
