Toddler girls' fitted dress or jumper dress three inches above mid knee or in ankle length.  With or without self or contrast ruffle pattern.

Shoulder straps with self or contrast ruffle trim and back buttoned closing.  Views B and C have a shaped patch pocket with or without contrast ruffle trim. The loose fitting blouse has a round neckline with self ruffle, back neckline slit with button and thread loop closing.  Full length sleeves gathered at cap and elasticized at wrist.  Top-stitching.
