Butterick 3779 Accesories to Sew - Misses' Cap and Bag.  Lined cap with eight section crown eased into narrow band, has front brim and self covered button trim.  Elasticized back adjusts to head size.  Lined, drawstring bag, in two sizes, has self straps, patch pockets with or without snapped flaps, and button and topstitch trim.
