Girls Pantdress or Pantjumper Vintage Pattern.  The pantdress View and pantjumper View 2 have high round neckline, front zipper closing and optional patch pockets. Collarless View 1 has short set-in sleeves and optional rick-rack trim. View 2 is sleeveless and collarless.
