1970's Ladies unlined long or short cape vintage pattern

The regular length unlined cape, view 1, with inside patch pockets has a pointed collar, buttoned tab and inside self fabric straps.  The top-stitched short lined cape, view 2, features a stand up collar and left front button closing with a self fabric tie belt.  Belt is worn through front slits.
