Shirt dress with back zipper has a pointed collar.  View 1 softly tucked in front has contrasting collar and cuffs.  Views 1, 3 and 4 have long set-in sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs.  Sleeveless view 2 with tucked front has self fabric tie belt and button trim.  View 3 with button trimmed front band and patch pockets is worn with purchased belt.  View 4 is worn with a purchased scarf under the collar.
