Simplicity 4545 Vintage Sewing Pattern - 1940's toddlers one piece pj's pattern.  Pattern is unprinted.  

Style 1, with long sleeves, is made with feet and drop seat back, which buttons to a band. Buttons secure the front closing. Style II, with short sleeves, is bound with bias binding around the neckline and sleeves. The drop seat back gathers to a tie belt.
