Scallops accent the pockets, neckline, and cap sleeves of this dress. A self or purchased belt encircles the waist. In Style 1, the front closing extends from collar to hemline and top-stitching outlines the scallops. Style 2 features a wide low neckline, a front-buttoned closing, and a center front pleat in the skirt. Saddle stitching is used as trimming.
