Simplicity 5288 Vintage Sewing Pattern - 1960's Teens Loosely Fitted Blouse vintage pattern.

Back features a box pleat at center with loop at upper edge of pleat.  Back yoke is joined to front in forward shoulder seams, a button down collar, set-in sleeves and front button closing.  View 1 has top-stitched band at center front, sleeves roll up to form cuffs.  View 2 has long sleeves pleated to wristbands.  Contrasting elbow patches and top-stitching trim are optional.
