Girls' Jumper or Skirt and Blouse vintage pattern. Bibbed jumper or skirt, gathered at back and front into waistband, and blouse with long set in sleeves. Lined jumper bib and lined back straps are included in lined and interfaced waistband seam. Skirt is gathered to lined and interfaced waistband. Jumper or skirt has center back zipper and lined patch pockets sewn on fronts. When checks or plaids are used, pockets and waistband are cut bias. Back buttoned blouse has bias band collar sewn to neck edge and buttoned in back. Lace or eyelet ruffling may be sewn under collar and sleeve edges. Back edges are interfaced.
