Girls dress or jumper and blouse - low waisted dress with short sleeves or sleeveless jumper and blouse.  Dress or jumper with three section skirt and bodice lightly fitted with darts in front.  Jumper is worn with belt.  Blouse with sleeves gathered into buttoned bands  has a two piece faced collar and back button opening.
