Butterick 3169 Boys or Girls Clown Costume Pattern - Included in the envelope are pattern pieces and instructions to make a clown costume for a boy or girl.

Raglan sleeved clown costume with elasticized sleeves and legs forming ruffles.  Hat with pom pom trim.  View A, costume with double ruffle at neck, bias tape and ball fringe trim.  View B, left front and back, smaller neck ruffle and half of hat are of contrast fabric.  View C, large single neck ruffle is in contrasting fabric.  Contrast fabric patches.
