Simplicity 3992 Child's Skirt, Jacket and Weskit: A "Simple to Make" outfit. Views 1 and 2: the waist-length jacket is fashioned with a small round collar and long cuffed sleeves. Small buttons close front. View 3 is shown in quilted fabric. The weskit is styled with a square neckline and front button closing. Skirt, all views, is circular. Suspenders cross at back and button to front waistband.
