Simplicity 1397 - Girl's One-Piece Dress with Detachable Collar and Cuffs: Long line bodice and gathered skirt with a soft pleat at center front are featured. View 1 sleeves are three quarter length. Detachable contrasting collar and cuffs may be worn over self fabric collar and cuffs. In view 2, styled with a low shaped neckline and short sleeves, contrasting bias and bow trim is used. Tie ends fasten in back.
