Simplicity 3808 Vintage Sewing Pattern - 1960's Girls one-piece dress with sash vintage pattern. 

Dress has button closing in bodice back and a full gathered skirt and overskirt.  Views 1 and 2 feature a contrasting peter pan collar.  Views 1 and 3 have elbow length set-in sleeves gathered at lower edge.  View 1 has self fabric sash and eyelet edging.  View 2 has lace trim, self fabric sash and contrasting overskirt matches collar.  View 3 has self fabric corded piping at front waistline, tie ends and lace and ribbon trim.
