Simplicity 7278 Vintage Sewing Pattern - 1960's girls' tent dress vintage pattern. 

The tent dress has a high round neckline, set-in sleeves and back zipper.  Views 1 and 2 have about wrist length sleeves.  Button trimmed view 1 has detachable embroidered eyelet edging front, neck and sleeve trims.  Views 2, 3 and 4 have standup collar.  Button trimmed view 2 has contrasting collar, sleeve bands and front trim.  Views 3, 4 and 5 have short sleeves.  Button trimmed view 3 has contrasting collar and shoulder tabs.  View 4 has patch pockets.  Collarless view 5 has braid trim.
