Simplicity 3808 Vintage Sewing Pattern - 1950's child's one-piece dress vintage pattern.

The dress, views 1 and 2, features a fitted bodice and a full two sectioned skirt gathered at the waistline.  The upper skirt is scalloped and stitched over the lower skirt.  The short sleeves are gathered and tie ends fasten into a bow in the back.  View 1 features a low scalloped neckline.  View 2 scalloped edge of bodice top stitches to yoke and a small collar trims the neck.
